If you are facing slowness in your OpKey environment then you need to check few points at your end to troubleshoot quickly.

1. Check the ping response from your local machine: 

Open command prompt and hit the domain URL example: ping qa1.myopkey.com -t

(2) In case is there any packet drop in ping response it must be some network congestion at your end.

  • Refresh the URL in case it not loaded completely.
  • Check your system up time in Task Manager if it has not restarted for a long time; do a quick system restart.
